Our family team boasts a wealth of experience with some of the team being members of the SFLA (Solicitors Family Law Association). It is extremely common for our clients to be unsure which courses of action are open to them and we take care to explain all the options and consequences at every stage, from the initial meeting to the conclusion of the matter. It is our experience that these types of proceedings can be distressing and unsettling and so we advise that further meetings should take place a little while after the initial consultation to allow you the time to think things over, if appropriate.
All our solicitors work to the SFLA Code of Practice which aims to promote a conciliatory approach to marriage/family breakdown. Our aim is to ensure that what can be a painful experience is dealt with as quickly and as amicably as possible in the most cost-effective way.
Who are we?
The team is headed by Fraser Poole (Partner) and includes Renella Squires (Solicitor/Mediator), Tim Goodfellow (Solicitor) and Sue Holden (FILEX).
The Familiy Team is based in our Bognor office but is able to see clients by appointment at our Lion House office in Chichester.
