Personal Injury
Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives
Stuart works in George Ide's personal injury department, who is an impressive litigator and experienced legal executive.
He deals with moderate to high-value claims and has extensive experience of representing clients who have been involved in unusual accidents, particularly within the workplace, involving diverse industrial machinery and industrial processes. In this regard, he benefits from having excellent general engineering background knowledge.
Many claims Stuart deals with involve claimant's future losses, including lost future income, and, as such, are complex, involving forensic accountants, especially for self-employed clients. In addition, Stuart has gained extensive experience of dealing with accidents which have occurred abroad and is particularly knowledgeable with regard to foreign accidents pertinent to the Package Travel Regulations, 1992.
Stuart originally trained and qualified as a legal executive in London at Princeton College and is much experienced in High Court work, including commercial claims, as well as personal injury work.
Always striving to maintain positive relationships with clients, Stuart understands their particular needs and the effect that an accident and personal injuries have had upon them.
