Nicholas is the manager of the Residential Department at George Ide in Chichester.
He has specialised in property law work for more than eight years and has built up a reputation as an expert on plot purchases, acting for clients recommended to him by both regional and national developers. Nicholas has extensive experience in high-value residential sales and has helped develop a sophisticated and state of the art software system for residential transactions.
Prior to 2002 Nicholas worked for a prominent firm of solicitors in the Solent region and for a large corporate firm in Sydney, Australia.
Nicholas is well known for his friendly and personable manner and his emphasis is on making the transaction as smooth and stress-free for clients as possible, whilst assuredly delivering their requirements.
