Will writing news - Berkshire man fined for fraudulent wills service

A Sandhurst-based man, who fraudulently received monies for a scam will-writing service, has been ordered to repay £5,494 under the Proceeds of Crime Act, plus £240 in compensation to witnesses who had paid for scam will-writing services.
