Danii is a solicitor in the commercial property and business department looking after the interests of a range of clients including lending institutions, developers, pension funds, property companies, charities and investors.

Based in our North Street office, in the heart of Chichester, Danii has wide experience in:

  • Property acquisitions and disposals;
  • Investment property;
  • Landlord and tenant, including granting leases and leasehold investment management;
  • Dealing with lenders' security requirements;
  • Commercial restructuring for sales and leasebacks for capital release;
  • Pension fund acquisitions and borrowings;
  • Purchases, sales and tenancy requirements for Charitable organisations;
  • Project managing complex property-related arrangements, including options, conditional agreements;
  • Building contracts and collateral warranties.

Danii has worked in the Chichester area for a number of years, and has acquired her expertise in high-value property and business/corporate transactions. She is well known and highly regarded for her strong business ethos, for keeping clients well informed of the progress of their work and liaising with other professional advisors to ensure that projects are bought to a close, smoothly and cost-effectively. Danii has strong client-care skills and is dedicated to achieving the best for her clients with both the legal and commercial pragmatism required to conclude deals efficiently.
