EXPERIENCE

Chantelle is currently working as a Trainee Solicitor in the Real Estate and Business Services department. She works closely with all members of the department, and assists on various commercial matters with range of clients including lending institutions, developers, pension funds, property companies, landed estates, charities and investors.

Whilst studying for her degree, Chantelle was involved in the provision of free legal advice as a Student Legal Advisor at the Portsmouth University General Legal Advice Clinic. Here she came across a wide assortment of matters including family, small claims, employment and landlord and tenant disputes.

Just before graduating from University of Portsmouth in 2022, Chantelle took a role as a Paralegal at Lester Aldridge LLP first working in their Secured Lending team acting for a variety of large lending institutions, then moving to their Commercial Real Estate team assisting a Senior Associate on various commercial landlord and tenant matters with clients ranging from property companies to charities.

Chantelle joined the firm in October 2022 as a Paralegal in the Residential Property department, assisting on various residential leasehold and freehold transactions and was awarded a Training Contract in September 2023.
