EXPERIENCE

Chloe works as a part of George Ide’s Real Estate and Business Services team based in the heart of Chichester. She assists the head of the Real Estate and Business Services team, Danii Jhurry-Wright, and works with a wide range of clients, including individual landowners, property-owning companies, investors, lending institutions, charities and pension funds.

Chloe joined the firm in November 2022 and is due to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive.  Before joining George Ide, Chloe worked in-house for Bath and North East Somerset Council as an apprentice legal advisor, gaining experience in landlord and tenant matters.

Chloe has experience drafting complex leases, variations and surrenders which has, in turn, developed her negotiation and client care skills. Consequently, she can represent and advise landlords and tenants effectively. Chloe takes pride in protecting her client’s interests and providing them with the best possible service.

Chloe graduated from the University of Kent with a first-class politics and linguistics law degree in 2017. She completed the Graduate Diploma in Law at BPP University in 2019 and the Legal Practice Course, also at BPP, in 2021.
