EXPERIENCE

After graduating from University of Exeter in 2020, Kat undertook her Legal Practice Course, combined with a Masters in Law, at the University of Law in Exeter. Kat joined the firm in 2021 as a Paralegal in the Residential Property department, assisting on various residential leasehold and freehold transactions. She was awarded a Training Contract in March 2022, and undertook seats in Private Client, Real Estate and Family, before qualifying into the Family team in October 2023.

Kat has experience with handling a diverse range of family law matters (in and out of Court) including divorce and separation, financial matters, separation agreements and issues involving children. As a firm, we are Resolution accredited, which means we are dedicated to resolving matters as collaboratively and amicably as possible. Kat understands that a separation is difficult and can empathise with clients whilst taking a pragmatic approach to achieve the best outcome.

In her spare time, Kat thoroughly enjoys going to the gym, competing in 10km races and reading the latest thriller or murder mystery book.
