I also want to express my personal thanks and gratitude to Natalie and yourself for the professionalism and reassurance you gave me during this time. My mind was at ease to know you were there which allowed me to focus on my recovery. The gym membership you arranged through Pro-Care also helped tremendously, getting the strength back into my legs, and increasing my overall fitness back to pre-accident levels.

I am back running, swimming and even cycling again. In hospital I did wonder if I would recover to this level, it would have been so much harder to get there if it were not for your support.
