Robert is the managing partner at George Ide and practises within the commercial property department, based in the North Street office, in the heart of Chichester.

He has wide experience in providing reliable, timely and commercial advice to a range of clients including companies, lending institutions, pension funds, developers, charities, and private and corporate investors.

Principal areas of work include:

• Property and business acquisitions and disposals;

• Landlord and tenant, including granting leases and leasehold investment management;
• Dealing with lenders' security requirements;

• Project managing complex property-related arrangements, including options and conditional agreements.
