Experience
Arron is responsible for the management of all accounting functions within the practice. He is also responsible for the regulatory work to comply with the Solicitors Accounts Rules, and for advising the practice on its financial management and controls.
Beginning his career as a trainee accountant at Carpenter Box in Worthing, after qualifying as an accounting technician, Arron progressed to the position of manager, with a speciality in the audit of solicitors' practices.
In 1995 he jumped ship to work on the other side as a finance manager at Green Wright Chalton Annis Solicitors, where he gained and consolidated his experience in the financial management and control of law firms.
After six years in this role, he moved to George Ide to take up a similar position.
Outside work
Arron is married with four children and enjoys following his beloved Brighton and Hove Albion and playing the bass guitar. He is also a part time youth leader at his local church.
