Our cost-effective online will writing service allows you to make your Will yourself by following our easy to understand interactive questionnaire.

Once you have completed the questionnaire and paid for the service your online Will is thoroughly checked by our legal team to make sure you haven't made any errors or asked for something that won't work. We will then contact you to confirm your instructions.
We will then professionally print your Will on high quality paper and bind it securely with our security rivets so that nothing can be tampered with in future.
We will then send the Will to you directly, accompanied by the signing and witnessing instructions. Once you have returned your Will in the pre-paid envelope we will check that the Will has been signed and witnessed properly (a vital step to ensure that it is valid in the eyes of the law).
If you wish, we are able to store your original Will in our secure facility for free, meaning that irreplaceable paperwork is safe and confidential, so it can't be invalidated by accident or viewed inappropriately by family or friends. We will also supply you with a copy of your Will and a plain English commentary of your Will to keep at home.
A Basic Will is designed for one person and suitable for people who wish to have a straightforward Will in place to ensure that their assets pass to whomsoever they wish. By preparing a Basic Will you can choose who you wish to appoint as your executors, trustees and guardians of children under 18. You can also make specific gifts of money or property and decide who is to receive the remainder of your estate. Funeral requests can also be included.
These are Wills designed for couples with similar wishes. If you are married, in a civil partnership or cohabiting, you may prefer to make Basic Mirror Wills so that both estates are covered.
Property Trust Wills can be prepared to protect at least one half of the value of your home from care fees in the event that the survivor of joint home owners requires residential/nursing care later on in life. Property Trust Wills can also be used to protect your children's inheritance in the event that your spouse/partner re-marries after your death.
Discretionary Trust Wills can be prepared to protect assets or the interests of beneficiaries themselves (i.e. if one of your children has learning difficulties or is having matrimonial or financial problems).
When making an online will with George Ide LLP Solicitors, we will also make a donation to associated Charities.
Above fees include 20% VAT
